One small fix, on video, every Tuesday. From Kaz.
Kaizen Fishing Program (formerly The Kaizen Club). Kaizen is a Japanese word: a small improvement, made again and again. It is my video course for senior anglers. Every Tuesday I send you a short video where I show one small fix slowly, the way I showed anglers on Lake Biwa, and a page to print for your tackle box. Each fix rests on the one before. Only members of the club see them; they are not on YouTube.
Every Tuesday the email brings the link to my video and the page to print. Watch it on your phone, then fold the page into your tackle box.

Your first video lessons
What comes to your email.
My welcome email shows you how the course works. Then, every Tuesday, one video and one page, and each fix stands on the last. These are the first topics.
The Biwa Checklist
Five checks, two minutes, before your first cast: knot, hook point, drag, bait and your feet.
The one knot I would keep
One knot, tied the same way every time, and an easy way to thread the hook with tired eyes.
Watch the line, not the rod
Take the slack out after every cast and see the bites you used to miss.
Set your drag with a luggage scale
Ten minutes at home. Fewer fish lost at the bank.
Slower than you think
Three retrieve speeds, counted out loud. The fish tell you which one.
How it works
Calm and simple.
Short, in plain words. One fix, not ten.
Fill in the small box after your trip. Keep the sheets together: that pile is your progress.
The video link and the page come to the email you join with. If one lands in Spam, move it to your inbox once.
A little better, every Tuesday.
After a few months, the small fixes add up to fish in the bucket.
